Wireless Device not working...

Everytime I plug in a wireless USB device on my dad's computer it says that he is trying to plus in a high speed device into a non high speed USB Port, so it does not connect. He has had it working before, but then it decided to stop working. Everything else works just fine when using the USB. Does this mean that the USB ports are USB 1.1 rather then USB 2.0? The MOBO is Epox EP-8RDA+. Any ideas are welcome.

Yup, it sure does. If the board supports USB 2.0, make usre all the drivers are installed.
