Wireless connection keeps droping on laptop.

I have an intregated wireless b adapter on my laptop. It always just randomly drops my connection a lot. It's very annoying.

Is this normal?

does it actually disconnect though? When I goto alot of cafes I seem to have
this problem but it never really disconnects me. Just says the connection is
unavailable but immdeiately picks it right back up and no connectivity is
lost.

Yeah, It dissconnects. Usually happens when I'm trying to go to a website then it disconnects and gives me the 404. Sometimes it reconnects immediatly sometimes it takes a few seconds.

Also, I know it's not my 2.4ghz phone or microwave droping because I make sure there not in use. Also, my wireless router is on a different channel.
