There are 2 computers wireless on my network, the one im on now is the farthest away and the connection is fine, the other one which is pretty close wont connect, it tells me I have an excelent signal and im connected by its sending like 5 bytes of info and getting like 14, been doing this since yesterday and dont know what to do, thanks in advance.
 
it said aquring adress, got it and everything, i went to the repair feautrue and that didnt work either, im wpa and have the key of my network on my desktop so sure that went through, ill retry right now though
 
WEP im sorry thats what im using, tryed a few more times and checked to make sure the settings I used were same when I set it up right away and they were, i just get limited or no conntivity now.
 
limited or no connectivity is bad wep key 99% of the time. Turn off wep and try, to rule out h/w incompatability
