Wireless communication device in a high noise environment

I am looking for a good communication device to relay instructions while we do camera shoots at concerts. We generally have 3 people manning camera, but it could be as many as 6 people on cameras and we are looking for a good way to communicate while shooting.

I was thinking of trying a few FRS walkie talkies with some nicer headsets. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should get?

Ive never used a FRS radio that was worth anything. You'd need a buisness band vhf radios which run $200-400 each, plus license fees from the FCC. What about something like Boost Mobile (prepaid nextel)? Phones are cheap and walkie talkie is like $1/day per phone. You can group call everyone or just one at a time. Get some ptt headsets for like $5 each on ebay and you are set.

Let me stress high noise environment, I doubt some cell phone headset will be good enough. We will be in the same room so I don't think I need a cell phone for everyone. The business band vhf radio, looks interesting but a bit to expensive considering that no headset is included. I have a $30 set of FRS walkies that we used snowboarding, they work great so long as Line of sight exists, and it always will when we are filming. So I guess I would like to test the ones I have at a show, can you recommend a good headset with noise reduction / cancellation properties?
