Bought a Buffalo 802.11g USB adapter because it had a connector for an external antenna. My neighbor lets me use his signal, only problem is it comes and goes, it's out of my range. The external connector on my adapter uses MC, which from the investigating I've done is something only Buffalo seems to use. Newegg has this

Buffalo Antenna

single review says it doesn't give him any range. I can't find a single B&M store that carries MC antennas, or even know what MC is. Should I buy an antenna for this, or would I be better off getting an adapter like the Linksys SRX that's suppose to kick up reception a good deal?
