wireless advice needed

ok im a gamer for one so latency is a big deal for me
what i want to do is this i have cable modem in one room with one computer.
i have 3 computers across the house
now i really dont want to see if i can even run wires so wireless is what i thought, i already have and smc and linksys wired routers.
any suggestions would be appreciated
i was thinking of running wet54g 2 of them one on each side one insto router one into switch. i just dont know how that will work.
