Read in a previous post that I should disable DHCP on the wireless router. Is this correct? Routers are basically daisy chained. DSL goes to router then Wireless router is hooked in to port of other router.

Also previously when I had my laptop hooked directly to the wired router I could network my printer. Is it still possible to print stuff from my now wireless laptop on my printer, which is hooked to my desktop? Or will it not work because they are on separate routers. If it helps I can not access the wireless router from my desktop.

Correct. You only want one dhcp server active. Your wireless router will now be basically a WAP + Switch, assuming you have a few ethernet ports on it.

If all is configured correctly, you should be able to print fine. Wireless has now taken the place of the ethernet cable but performs the same function.
