I just started having a problem with my Belkin Cable/DSL (wired) router. After a while (6 hours?) the computers hooked up to the router are disconnected from the internet and also it seems the router itself. (The 192.168.2.1 address can't be found for the router). To regain connection I have to powerdown the router and connect the cable modem directly to a computer. Then shut down and reconnect the router to the computers and the modem. This seems to work for several hours only to have it drop connection a few hours later. Any thoughts as to what might be causing this?

Things I have tried:
Making sure that when either computer went on suspend or standby it would not power down the NIC.
Reseting the router.
Using different ports on the router.

Thanks for any help in troubleshooting this problem.
