What guage wire should I use to extend my power cables from my case fans to the baybus? What is the best way to connect these wires? I have a couple fans (w/ molex connectors) that I want to hook up to the same switch on my baybus. What method should I use to connect those wires (Needs to be extended as well). Also, Can someone tell me how I can convert a 4 pin molex connector into the red/black pair cable that screw into the baybus? Which cables do I connect and which two do I just disregard?

Not sure about what gauge wire to use but I think the best way to connect them would be to solder them together. In order to connect a fan with a molex connector to a baybus, you must clip off the entire 4 pin connector. You should notice the red and black wires from your fan going into the molex connector, that's where you should cut. From that point it will be easy to connect to a baybus.

What would be the disaster if I used the wrong gauge wire? I mean if its off by like 2 or 5 or whatever. Will i risk screwing up my PS + fans?

Use 22-24. I use that for my Neon light setup and it works fine. I don't think you'd need any thicker.
