the when i try to run winzip from a packed self extracting file it says winzip is not installed... but it is... anyone know how to fix this?

Try reinstalling Winzip. If that doesn't work, you can just right click on self extracting executables and have it open with winzip.

IZArc rules....can't beat that freeware. No need for winzip. No need for winrar 3.11. Only time I ever need to use winrar is if I"m packing a movie release for distro or whatever which I don't do anymore.
