I've been revamping some Dells at work - fresh Windows XP Professional install, solid-state drives, etc. The last two I've done have a weird font-spacing issue. They both have Nvidia graphics cards and dual monitors with 1600x900 resolution.
When I use a single monitor, the fonts look fine. When I add a second monitor, the fonts get all weird - they are spaced too close together and look aliased. I took a screenshot, but the screenshot looks fine when I switch back to one monitor, so it's obviously a display issue and not a resolution issue. Very weird. I didn't have this problem before, so I suspect it's either a Windows Update bug or an Nvidia update bug.
Anyone seen this before?
