WinXP Viewing Folder Icons

How can i view all Folders with Icons instead of Thumbnails, i wanna apply View as Icons to every Folder i open, without having to manualy change it each time i open one. Where do i change this in WinXP

Tools, folder options, view tab, click on button at top: Like Current Folder

Also put a check in Remember each folders View settings.. something like that.
