WinXP Tweak: Open in New Window

Before my HDD died, i had winXP set up to have a "Open in New Window" command when i right click on folders. However I cant remember how i set that up . I would much apreciate it if someone could tell me the reg edit to get that set up again. Thanks.
 
I have Windows XP too and i haven't that command when i rightclick on folders. Maybe you made a fine tune.
 
If you hold ctrl while double-clicking, I think that opens it in a new window. I don't know how to get the right-click menu entry though.
