WinXP says can't start graphics card when I try to install driver

Title kind of says it all. I'm trying to install a geforce mx 200 on an ECS k7s5a motherboard in winxp home. The sis agp driver is installed, directx 9 is installed. I get an error message at the end of the install process saying the card could not be started...

Any ideas?

thanks,
slim

perhap you need to try a different nvidia driver, see if you can update the videocard driver by online windows update.
