Here's the deal, I installed WinTV using the domain user DOMAIN\USER_NAME (system administrator), have since moved the computer from the domain, and now WinTV won't work anymore using LOCAL\USER (system administrator). I tried doing a complete uninstall/resinstall and have since discovered the problem:

I have a key in the registry that only a non-existent user has permissions to modify. How can I delete it?
 
Hmm...think I may have found a work-around...I can change the "Owner", and then change the permissions & then delete the keys.
