winxP/Raid/ stays on wallpaper after logon

Well my machine does what topic says

after login> it stays on wall paper with no icons and it jsut sits there~cursor still works tho
explore=100% usage>

for some reason the screensaver still works if i leave it for more than 10mins alone>

i tryed booting winxp cd to repair console BUT and here is the big delima>

iam running raid sata so it doesnt see it

it cant see the drive at all>(winxp Screen)

any tips?

Yeah, you have spyware and viruses. Is windows up to date?

Boot into safe mode and try cleaning things up.

i tryed all safe mode>
itsjust get stuck at the black screen with nothing>

i tryed clicking no> to goto system restore but it doesnt work beucase it wasnt on>

in the morning imma try ERDCommander>system restore>
hopefully it works

erd boots into windows on cd and u can access all files on curropted windows
