WinXP Pro randeom reboots: blue screen of death "memory management..."

Do you have the latest drivers for your ATI card? I had all kinds of trouble until I updated the drivers for my ATI Radeon 64 MB.
 
could just be dead RAM. get ram testing software on a boot floppy and check. i used to get those till i RMA'd my crucial RAM. humming along now...
 
start - settings - control panel - system - advanced - start up and recovery settings

Uncheck automatically restart and set Write Debugging Info to none

no more random reboots.
