WinXP Pro "A runtime error has occurred"

I get the error message when I visit some sites eg Team Prime Rib's Eccp2 stats page. How do I correct this?
A runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug.

Error: Object doesn't support this property or method.

If I click "no" the page loads OK.
If I click "Yes" then the debug application starts and I don't understand what it tells me so I quit out of it.

I don't get this error on my WinXP Home PC.
