WinXP need permission help

I have a computer with WinXP. There are two accounts Admin and Nancy. The software we use is loaded on our server and the pc has to have a connection to the server to a specific folder to access it.

When I log into the Admin account I can map the drive to the server no problem. When I log into Nancy and try to map the drive I can see the server but it will not allow me to connect to it.

I am assuming there is a privilege issue but I can't seem to find the problem.

Just and added note: I went into the Admin account and under Manage-Users-Groups-Administrator-The name of the other account is already there. I thought adding it to the group would help but as I mentioned it is already there. Yet I still can't connect to the server in the Nancy account but I can in the Admin account.

Any help on this issue would be great.
Thank you
