I have up to date drivers, i originally installed them with the cd that was delivered with the hardware, then went to the official websites and did the automatic update, I DID NOT GET DRIVERS THROUGH WINDOWS UPDATE! Any tips on a resolution?

Does the crash tell you what driver is suspect? If not, PM me if you like and I'll give you an addy you can send a mini-dump to and I'll take a look at it.
