WinXP hanged during Windows with loading bar

Hi,

When i boot up, it hangs where the Windows logo with loading bar on the bottom.

However, i can login by safe mode.
What i can do to fix it?

I had a similar situation when a Trial install of Office 2007 went bad on one of my PCs. It'd start in Safe Mode, but not otherwise. I tried the tricks I know, but no luck.

I did an XP "Repair Install" on that box and it fixed the problem. MS and others have detailed instructions on how to do a Repair Install.
