WinXP Fast User Switching!

All of a sudden, My Fast User Switching with XP doesnt work 🙁 I check the box, and hit apply, and it doesnt work. When I got back into the menu, the box is unchecked! So weird....anyone know wuts up ?
 
The Fast user switching service relies on the Terminal Services service.
Check your services (enter services.msc at the run line). Make sure Terminal Services is set to automatic start-up, and that it is indeed starting up.
