WinXP Crash cannot Bootup ultra.sys ???

When i rebooted my computer yesterday, it would not start. It goes till the winxp black logo, then a blue screen pops out and says something about a file ultra.sys. I tried booting in safe mode also, but apparently the same problem happens. There is no way i can get into windows. I have an asus a7v133, geforce 2 pro, amd t-bird 1.4ghz, tekram scsi card. Somebody plz help.

Try booting into recovery console and disabling ultra.sys.

What changes were made to the computer before it started blue screening? (And don't tell me "nothing changed." I hear that all day. I don't believe it from my customers, I won't believe it from you.)

What is the STOP code and bugcheck parameters?
