WinXP and UT

Been testing WinXP v2475 (couple weeks old) and decided to do some game playing on it. Playing UT, the FPS is faster by about 5 than Win2k in 1024x768 16bit.

I'll do some FPS measuring on other resolutions between Win2k and WinXP and update the thread...
