In the interests of keeping this short I had this card installed and working with no problem in a 939 system running Vista 32 (A8N32SLI-DLX, Athlon 64 4000+, 2GB RAM) but after having 2 cpu's die in it within 6 months I decided not to gamble on a 3rd and bought a new motherboard and Core 2 proc to replace the 939 setup. Initially I just moved the disk over and after letting it detect all the new hardware etc it was working. After imaging this working moved system I figured I would try to go ahead and rebuild using Vista 64 bit which would allow me to access all 4GB of the memory in the new system as well as incorporate the proper drivers at install (F6) to enable AHCI.
Everything seems to work great except for the Hauppauge software (WinTV, WinTV2000). The video and sound sputters/stutters and pixelates (standard def, not HD). Even more odd it is not consistent, sometimes the app launches and I can watch/record just fine, close the app, come back later and launch it again and get the sputtering and stuttering. I have tried moving the card to a different slot, same thing. I have not tried using the MCE part of Vista to see if it does the same thing there. I am in the process of making an image of this build since there is not much installed and trying a clean Vista 32 build to see if there is any difference but figured while I was doing that I would post here and see if anyone else has been using this card in Vista 64 bit version and had any problems.
