Is the rebate from Wintergreen or TigerDirect? TD is an okay place to buy things, but they're famous for lousy rebates.

It looks like a good deal, but like Cheesehead stated, I've heard that Tiger Direct's mail-in rebates are useless.

I sent a rebate thing to Onrebate.com this week. $30 off a stick of ram.

I don't know what tigerdirect is like in the US, but here in Canada, I can't seem to find a cheaper priced supplier and the shipping is ridiculously fast & excellent (UPS). If anyone knows of a Canadian-based site where I can find some competition, I'm all ears.

The deal they're showing now is including a 3gig p4, 512ram, 120gig hdd, etc etc etc. I got in on the $29.99 deal last time, waitin on the rebates, but i must say Wintergreen's tech support did call me back when i left a msg askin which #s on the friggin stuff were serial #s...so I have hope.
