not a bad winter with at least 3 snowstorms we could actually sled in. I remember complaining about the single one we got last year or was it 2 years ago. ok enough, spring please.

Typical. Every single year we get a false spring, I've gotten so used to it now that when the snow starts melting I know it's short lived. We probably have one or two more storms left and it should hopefully be over.

I just want to finish my basement before it warms up though. Working in +15C is much better than working in +25C. :p

Starting to run out of room for snow though. Thinking of renting a bobcat so I can pile snow higher in my yard to make room for more. Always wanted to play with one of those. :p

Been getting some nasty squalls here. Roads were like glass on my way home. Of course not a salter/sander to be seen.

However, this is pretty normal for March. Last couple of years were mild now we're back to where things should be. It's not unusual for it to snow in April and a May dusting is not completely unheard of.

Pretty much this. Even this winter came really late, even though it feels like it's been forever. We've been spoiled in the last few years with shorter winters. This one seems like it will end on a normal date.

My guess is most of the snow should be gone by mid may which is typical. The last few years winter just ended really early.

It's all that "global warming" people! LOL! Yeah, I have family that live in North Dakota and it has been a real bitch out there. -20 degree wind chill and like 5 during the day. My dad works half the year in ND and he might not be able to return to work until May!

we're being hit with 2 systems here.

So far tonight we've about 2 inches or so of snow.

Forecast is for the snow to stop soon. Its cold and windy still.

I know its not unusual, but its still annoying.

It was 90F this weekend. Mid-march is about the point where the weather makes its mind up about being warm and stop flip-flopping between 80F and 50F.

That sounds awesome. It's not bad in the NW, but even in the summer we don't hit 90F that often..

It's awesome now. In a few months, it will be too hot to go outside. You northeners have amazing summers.

I lived in Seattle for a summer. It was the best summer I ever had :)
