winserv.exe and IPC server tryng to go online

I've installed Norton Firewall and it said these files are trying to access the internet. I've blocked them, and so far everything is working ok, so I'm suspecting there is something funny about those files. Are they trojans of any kind? Spyware? I've scanned the system with NAV, no infections.
