I get 5600 KB/s with i5 750 @ 3,6Ghz

Seems like even the old lynnfields are better than bulldozers, cuz with 4 cores FX perform worse.

Anyway how about some single thread benchmarks???

I got 1700 KB/s.

Very interesting results. I get about the same 5,600 KB/s in this test. But that's Haswell i5 @ 3,6 Ghz, well minus 2MB L3 cache. Seems like makes all the difference. Memory settings 800 Mhz @ 7-7-7-20-1T Dual.

WinRAR loves cache 😛

Balla, can you please bench this with your massive OC?

Just curious, Is haswell effected by core parking in this bench at all? I read WinRar 4.20 bench scores higher with core parking disabled so tried it...

WinRar 4.20, i7-3770, DDR3-1600 8-8-8-24-2t (All @ stock/No MultiCore Enhance), Win7.
Core Parking : Score
Enabled : 8170
Disabled: 9152
