WinMe Program Folders don't show in Start/Programs??? HELP

Well I thought I know Windows pretty well. This is a thing:
After installing bunch of programs which created probably 15 folders I'm having weird problem:
Click --> Start --> Programs and some folders are hidden below double arrow at the bottom(I don't see let's say WinZip or Explorer which are normally at the bottom). To see all folders I have to click on this "double arrow" which looks like this:
\ /
\\//
\/
And then it show all folders
Any ideas???

You have to right click on the toolbar at the bottom of your screen, go to properties, and uncheck "personalized menus".
