WinME / formatting floppy question ...

What I need to do is ( in Window ME ) format and copy system files only to a floppy disk. I can format but am not able to get "system files only" at the same time. 😱 WinME doesn't support the a:/s command and I'm only able to format or make a WinME boot disk through WinME. Need to do this as I'm wanting to flash my motherboard bios.

Thanks for any info.
 
I made a WinME boot disk and copied the aflash and the 1003.bin bios ( ASUS CUSL2 ) the same floppy. Booted and F5'd past the WinME startup files right to the a promt. Flashed from there and all seems good
