ctrl-tab or ctrl-esc pisses me off... your fingers just aren't meant to stretch that way. That's why alt-tab is better than ctrl-tab ... I hate that FF tabs have to be ctrl-tab.

I copy spaces all the time into the clipboard, but usually do it in the address bar of IE. (Alt+D, home+shift, ctrl+x). It is a disturbing habit; I think I'm afraid of sending out some sensitive copied information (which I don't have any of).

I should clarify. In FF it takes you to the address bar. In IE it opens up a little window with a blank address bar in it where you type in the URL.

Edit: I also find Ctrl + L to be a bit easier to type than Alt + D. That's just me though.

This has become sort of a disturbing habit for me recently and I've been doing it EVERY SINGLE time.

2 reasons:r
-I have a fear of deleting spaces (spacophobia), they feel the need to be cut in an indirect way
-The space will be given to the clipboard for use.

It's too addicting now. I can't stop doing it. Every time I want to clear the clipboard (or fill it with a space) I do that.

Every time I want to delete that extra space from the end of my post I do everything aforementioned except Winkey + R.

Just thought I'd share a disturbing revealation that I've come to realize. :Q

press ALT-F4 whenever you are on this forum to gain moderator access.

F6 also access the address bar. Thanks for the WinKey + Pause/Break tip, I use all the other ones (especially WinKey + R)
