Wingsuit Into The Batcave

Saw this yesterday, think it might be literally the most insane stunt I've ever seen.

I don't know anything about wingsuiting, but its pretty much a slightly controlled fall, right?
I've seen lots of videos where they just skim over hilltops and treetops, etc. how do they know it's going to work? are there tons of mathematical equations run to get it just right or do they just hope they survive?

I see in this one they did some testing beforehand, but how did they know all the specs that were needed to do even that?

his massive brass balls gave him the proper downforce that perfectly counteracted the lift generated by his wingsuit

I wish I could hear the conversations when they were deciding on whether or not this was a good idea.

2 test runs and he is good to go? Insane...

Doing MotoX on dirt bike is enough for me. I want to see the aftermath of miscalculation and one of these guys hitting a mountain.

As a comment on the page with the video was made and I concur....

Surprised his balls didn't get stuck going through that opening.

'Wingsuit into the batcave'...? I thought this was going to be a 2girls1cup-style video.

edit: does this guy have a turbine in his ass or what? Lame sound effects.

The bridge video and associated commentary about 'disintegrating' reminded me of the 'The Rock.'

'Mason? Oh, he...vaporized...sir...'

In this case, though, I'm sure there was some pretty fucking grisly proof of a dead human...

P.S. if you watch with the sound turned up, it's less tragic and more looney toons.
