Winfast PVR remote controller not working

hi guys, im posting this on a few forums.. cause i dont know which one is appropriate..



my Winfast PVR remote is not working.. at all..

im on XP..

the remote worked when i was in win2000..

i checked the actual wires.. and the remote controller option is set.



any ideas?

Make sure the winfast PVR Icon loads on startup by your clock. When I shut mine down manually the remote will not work.

the icon is there..

still doesnt work..

ive tried changing the batteries in the remote controller also...

Try downloading the new PVR software from winfast.

also pointing the obvious ... check the battries
