Wine can be hit or miss. It can also require individualized tweaks for specific programs. I'd do a general search of the specific program you want to run, and see if anyone has anything to say about it. "Program_Name wine linux" should get you some results.

Virtualbox and seamless mode is another option too if you can't get an app to work in Wine.

Thank; but i don't have windows anymore,

i downloaded wine1.3 then uploaded the app from firstrawsports it download easy but when opening the games links it ask me for flash player, i guess it's windows,it starts to download but then it stops in the meadle.

Current Wine version is 1.41. Did you pull that from Xubuntu's repository?

I prefer to use PlayOnLinux (POL) which automates a lot of what makes WINE so difficult to use in the first place. POL also can easily manage multiple versions of WINE and the various support libraries. It is available through the Mint Software Manager.

I want to install this firsrowsports APP on Linuxmint 14 kDE i went though the solftware available i only see 1.3 ,

Oh, I overlooked what you wrote. You put Xubuntu on a different machine, didn't you? Mint 15 is out now. Wine 1.41 is probably in there. I'm not sure it would make a difference. Have you done a search for other people that have tried to install it, or use the above link to check compatibility?

Thanks ; yes i did install Xubuntu but on an old Sony that is not PAE compatible.

on this PC that i want to install the flash player for win is an i5 so i can install any distro i think. Why Flash player for Win! because the firstrowsports is an APP that is made for Win,i can start to download it with wine or the other program mentioned but it repells it without saying a thing.

THIS IS OFF TOPIC'
One thing i notice in Mate KDE i go the Software packages and try to download OPERA browser it just ignores me and doesn't install,i wanted to try it,but i guess Fire Fox is the default maybe it doesn't allow me to get it!

I don't know how Flash works in that regard. I don't really use Wine much. The only thing I use it with is Keepass portable. Maybe that program doesn't work in Wine, or perhaps Flash is too old. GNU/Linux doesn't get Flash updates aside from security anymore.

Regarding Opera, that shouldn't be in the repos. You might have to get that from Opera's site, or use their ppa(recommended).
