I've recently started drinking more and more wine but I was wondering what cheese goes good with it. I've been trying out different Merlots and some Shirazs... I have no clue what cheese will go with these... Any suggestions would be awesome. Thanks.
 
i really don't care what goes w/ what. its what you feel like at the time. as of now all i eat is this Sonoma brand (i think its monteray jack)- the habinero or meditarranean flavors! omg, so good. i like a good cabernet sauvignon cause it doesn't leave an after taste. i'm not big on merlot, too dry for my taste.

but don't listen to me, i probably don't know what i'm talking about.
