WindowXP won't boot, stuck @ Boot Screen

I don't know what happened, I was playing warcraft3 (actually talking inside) when I wanted to alt-tab out, but it froze @ the black screen (5mins at least) so I turned off my PC and turned it back on. Now it's stuck at the Windows boot/splash screen and the bars that shows the progress moves but 3-4 minutes and it's still doing the same thing and I see the orange light (led on my case) on for like 1-2 mins then its on and off, back and forth.
I can load in Safe Mode with Networking though so what can/do I do? Thanks!
*BTW, I did the resetted my cmos and bios after to check it out and same result.

Have you tried booting into safe mode, then reverting to the last successful boot settings? That might fix it.

How would I revert to the last sucessful boot settings?
I tried system restore and booting to the last known good configuartion but both didn't work.
