Two Questions.

Is it possible to log in automatically like in Windows 2000.

Is it possible to clean install eg: I could only seem to start the install from within windows not dos. From there I could upgrade or dual boot but I couldn't format and install to C drive as it must have loaded temp files there.

XP you can log on automatically. Although, I would do a clean install instead of upgrade, so you dual boot. You may find you don't like XP at all. Plus, unlike the other versions, you need another partition to install XP on. It won't install on the same partition like Win98/Win2k do for dual boot. I triple boot 98/2k/XP on three different partitions on the same harddrive!🙂
