Windows98 Shutdown problem

Hi. I have a problem about shutting down. I have an ATX mainboard and case but Windows 98 cannot turn off my computer although it can shutdown Windows 98. It display you can safely close your computer text. Formerly it could but now it couldnt. What can I do?

Check the MS site. They had a fix out for Win98 shutdown problems.

Yeah check microsoft website, they have a patch for this problem, I had the same problem earlier.
