Windows98 logon screen, how do i get rid of the background?

I have windows 98se, and I have 2 users, one is the Admin, which is me, and then another person that uses this, we each have our own passwords, and own settings when we get into our own desktop. But, whe i turn on the computer, and the logon screen comes up, how do i get rid of the wallpaper? i just want it black... is there a way?
 
Ya sure, you betcha. The easiest way is to get TweakUI. A version finalfreakingly came out for SE. It's tweak133.exe. Sorry, don't know where to find it. A recent version will do, if you can't find tweak133.exe.
