Windows XP x64

When I first installed Xp Pro x64 and looked at the task manager I noticed, or at least I thought I noticed a process with *64 next to it, but I since killed some of the Services, in the 'Computer Manager', I don't need and all I see now is just *32 next to applications.

Is there a service that would of killed some type of *64 support and should I be seeing apps showing *64 next to them from time to time?

THANKS

Automatic Updates
Computer Browser
Distributed Link Tracking Client
IPSEC Services
Print Spooler
Remote Registry
SSDP Discovery Service
System Restore Service
TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper
Themes
Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)
Windows Time
Wireless Configuration

Besides these listed above I disabled I noticed the "Indexing Service" was disabled, should it be?

THANKS

Why would you disable those services? Since you are running x64, I assume you have a 64-bit machine and it should be plenty fast. You are not going to see any measureable perf benefit by disabling services. A lot of those are useful too... AU, remote registry, tcp/ip netbios helper, firewall, windows time, print spooler.
