windows xp won't load

It was running really slowly so I reset my bios settings. Now it won't load windows. It just sits with the blue bar moving. I have xp professional. Should I try to boot from the cd?

Won't load in safe mode either. It pauses in the same manner.

Why would you reset Bios for a Slow system?

Likely disk drive settings or USB Settings are skewed now...

Sorry, reset CMOS, not the whole bios. It was because I tried to overclock the ram and then the bios wouldn't load at all.
