Windows XP won't install

It gets about 1/2 way done with installing devices, then it freezes. What's the problem? I've tried it four times and it stops at the same point every time. The disc looks clean. System requirements are all above the min.

How many memory modules do you have in your system? If you have two, I suggest removing one for now and seeing if this helps any. If it does, you found your answer, if it doesn't, remove the other stick and place the other one you took out back in.
 
Do you get an error of any kind? When I had trouble installing last week, it was loose RAM. But I did get an error message.

Try unplugging any USB Devices.
