Windows xp tweaks?

I wasnt sure where to post this, so i posted where i would get the most feedback. Are there any Windows xp tweaks that will allow me to change the taskbar to like black or another color? (other than green blue and silver)

ok, how about that windows vista beta 2 thing that makes xp look like it. its like a skin pack. i cant find anywhere to download it from
