Windows XP Taskbar

Ok in Windows 2000, when I open multiple aplications it keeps everything on one bar and the more I open it keeps it on one just makes the icon smaller and smaller. How do I do this on XP? I do not want to group tasks or have it create a 2nd bar that I need to click on an arrow to go between the 2.

I know some guru here knows how to 🙂

Click here to see what I am talking about

I am using Windows XP Professional

Here is the pic again with an arrow pointing at what I am talking about

And another pic

right click the task bar > properties > taskbar tab

uncheck " Group similar taskbar button"

click ok

nevermind, i just saw your picture now, you're asking about something which my XP never does it.
Mine is XP professional, not sure if thats the difference or i actually turned off that feature somewhere

yeah you see how it adds arrows at the end of the task bar to move between 2 task bars. I want it all to stay on one just keep making the task icons smaller and smaller the more you add. Windows 2000 does this.

humm i actually dont know if you can dissable that
possibily with a powertoy?
ive actually never seen that happen, just tested happens when i open more then 15 windows

What happens if you use Classic Start Menu ? ?
I think those dopey arrows are only shown when
you use the XP look
