Windows XP Taskbar Toolbars settings

Summary pretty much says it all. Whenever i restart windows, the language toolbar is selected... I have to rightclick, and deselect it every single time. It's just a minor annoyance since i leave my computer running nearly 24/7, but i was just curious if there was some sort of fix for this. I believe i noticed it started happening after i installed UT2004. I can deselect other toolbars, and they will stay deselected, it's only the language toolbar that doesn't to stay deselected.

thanks for any suggestions.

I'd check the Reigonal Settings in Control Panel to make sure other languages aren't installed if you didn't want any others.

All I do is right-click the actual toolbar, like, click the little microphone icon or handwriting icon, then choose 'Close the language bar', then click OK on the message that pops up. Never pops up again 🙂
