In a way this is kind of worrisome. Yeah XP hasn't received any security updates in the past few years but we all know that MS just carries certain features of an OS from one version to the next.
Hell just look at the Control Panel which was introduced in Windows1.0 and carried over from every iteration since then from 3.1 then Windows95 to 2K/ME then Vista and then again to Windows7 and even Windows10 right?

Maybe that's why MS has been trying to do away with the Control Panel for awhile now but has been unsuccessful. Maybe they new about this leak and that's why they have been so silent about it.
