Windows XP...Screensaver & mouse...

This is what I would like to happen....when the screensaver is on, but even more so also after the monitor is turned off, I would like to disable the mouse from "waking up" the PC. Is this possible? I have a MS Intellimouse..

I would be more interested in disabling the mouse from bringing the PC out of any of the power saving modes, like when the monitor turns off. There is an option to set the mouse to not bring the PC out of standby, but there isn't one for when the monitor turns off.
