Windows Xp Repair - Does it delete emails?

My power supply went dead and then i replaced it, however my windows got corrupted after somehow, it says Error loading OS. I'm trying to repair windows but im not sure if it will delete the emails that I have in outlook?

those files should be fine. there's no reason the xp repair should delete your pst files. however, it's good to have backups before undertaking these kinds of things.
