Windows XP Professional Admin Passsword

I installed XP for my girlfriend awhile ago and had tweakXP set to auto login. Now I dont remember the password, is there a way to recover/overwrite this?

THE administrator (hidden account) password or just AN administrator (Regular account) password?

An administrator I guess, there's only one user set up for the computer. But thankfully it's alright cause I left a password hint and it reminded me of the password I chose.
